1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on simbalkan.com between GSS Analytics Ltd (trading as SimBalkan) and consumers.

2. Contract

By completing checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or deliver the eSIM by email.

3. Service

SimBalkan provides digital eSIM profiles with data plans from network partners. Delivery is digital (QR code / installation link). Coverage and speed depend on the local mobile networks. Unlimited plans are subject to the fair-use policy.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are final prices in euros. Payment is a one-time charge via our payment provider Stripe (card and others). No subscription is created.

5. Delivery

The eSIM is delivered immediately after payment by email and via your personal eSIM page. Validity starts with the first connection in the destination.

6. Withdrawal

You consent to immediate delivery of the digital content; upon delivery the right of withdrawal expires. As a goodwill gesture we refund uninstalled eSIMs — just contact support.

7. Liability

We accept no warranty for the availability or quality of local mobile networks. Otherwise we are liable only for intent, gross negligence and breach of essential contractual duties; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Law & contact
